Lay-by Terms & Conditions

Written notice must be given should you need to cancel your Lay-By. If cancelling your Lay-by your initial 30% deposit will be deducted from any refunds owed to you as a cancellation fee. When making a lay-by click on the 'Checkout' section and follow the prompts. A minimum 30% deposit is required for lay-bys, a deposit up to 50% is allowed if you prefer. You will be given the option of 1 or 2 months to payout your lay-by. Example: a 2 month lay-by, 30% deposit + half the remaining balance 1 month later and the final balance at the end of your 2 month lay-by. It is not possible to vary your lay-by payments, however, if you would like to payout your pay-by balance please contact us and we can arrange a payout link for you. If you are having any difficulties settling your lay-by please do contact me as I can work out a preferred payment arrangement with you. Our lay-by payments are powered by PayPal. 

*Lay-Buy Financial Solutions Pty Ltd trading as www.lay-buys.com charge an admin fee, which is a once-off 1.9% of the total order value at checkout. The buyer will pay this amount to Lay-Buys at checkout at time of paying the down payment. This fee is an admin fee and is therefore not refundable.
